This mask goes in your mouth and changes your speech. It was very difficult to understand what my husband was talking to me. We even tried to get him to wear the mask backwards. Still too tight. Since it can't be returned, I thought I'd give it a try. um no! It was still too tight and got in my mouth and the bottom strap was too loose. Bought for my husband who doesn't like ear masks. Suitable for the crown of the head. That's why I gave one star. Very disappointed!
