Doesn't work as advertised.

Doesn't work as advertised. I tried inflating my tires to 90psi, the pump stopped working at about 70psi when it says 150psi which I will inflate the tires to. Others like this didn't work either. They seem to burn at 70 to 80 psi. The pump starts sputtering.
