Much better than any other variety I've tried. The fluffy ones you can find aren't that great at first. Your almost like a gimmick. They are actually difficult to clean, plus soft fluffiness is not required. Our ferrets actually sleep better in it. I find that fluffy can be too hot unless it's very cold inside. This is as smooth as canvas, yet soft and easy to keep clean. Have you ever washed a fur? This will look like new after washing. Probably easy to hand wash but I used a washing machine. Should have bought these years ago.
