Inconvenient button placement

The value of the headbands made me buy them. They arrived quickly. In the hospital I wear masks for 12 hours and the pressure on my ears gives me a headache. So I thought to try these. Mute was the placement of the buttons. They are so far in front of my ears that I can't wear masks properly. They were cute so I wanted to keep them. However, my 7 year old tried them on and the buttons are still too far forward. Will return.
