What I liked the most is the quality, it's very plump and doesn't show at all. Remember to read the measurements as it was too small for my 8 year old but we loved it anyway!
- Fits my 3 year old perfectly. She weighs 34 pounds and wears a size 3 to 4. Very cute. Quality.
- The cost of a skirt can be prohibitive for some families or individuals.
