I love them and use them all the time

I use them a lot and I love that you can just toss them in the bag provided and wash with regular laundry. The ones I use for makeup don't always come out completely clean, but I just toss them back in the wash. They're a little rough, like dollar store flannels, but I love that they're reusable, so I still use them. I would buy them again and recommend them.
