Bought this light for my 13 year old Ram 3500 dozer. In general I am satisfied. Easy to assemble and install. I mounted it on a headache shelf and hardwired it to a switch on the dash. It is pleasantly unobtrusive and insanely bright! Has more than enough blink patterns (what the heck is a "California Steady" blink pattern?) Only 3 complaints: the cable tail needs to be about 5 feet longer for wired applications, I had to do my braid to partially meet it; Choosing a flash mode is quite a hassle, but you only have to do it once; The biggest complaint is that one of the LED panels stops working when it gets colder than 20 degrees outside. Press it and it turns back on. After all that, I doubt you can find a brighter flash for the price.
