Bought a small bottle in the outfit to try this thing out - works very well. It comes out of the flip-top cap as a clear, odorless, milky liquid. I simply put a few drops on the toe of the shoe and start rubbing it in with my fingers, adding a few more drops to other areas and working my way back/up. You'll know it's been rubbed in enough when it goes from a slippery consistency to a light touch under your fingers. Put that shoe down and start on the next. Once you've finished the second, your first is ready for a light brushing with a horsehair shoebrush. Looks nice, doesn't it? One shoe left and you're ready to hit the town (or the cow pasture, my evening).
