The best part is that I can use this platform to train my employees in various areas where they need it most. It's also great when you have some time off because your team will be able understand what has been done by others so far during work hours without asking for assistance from me or someone else who may not always available at times like these. Sometimes there are errors which make things hard but nothing too serious just minor glitches here & there. To start with its good if we want our staff trained before starting any new projects otherwise people tend to get confused as well which leads them thinking something wrong rather than getting better knowledge about specific area/subjects/skills etc.. This helps us know beforehand how much effort should go into each task assigned since i'm aware whether person knows his job very well or needs more guidance hence he'll receive.
