This item arrived in perfect condition! This should have solved some problems for me, I had to take off my skirt without having to lift the mattress every time. I have back problems. Well it went straight out of the box into the wash, I hung it outside to dry (no dryer) and found it had ink stains in places that would be visible if left on the bed. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I can't return it because I washed it. I washed it myself so I KNOW there was nothing in the washing machine to stain. The search for a decent bed skirt continues.
