charged once and now there’s an error message

Tested it out once and battery immediately died before being able to use again. Next time it was charged had brought it to go apple picking, but when the front censor was pressed to start warming a bottle, and E1 code showed up and the beeping would not stop til the battery died. So this doesn’t work anymore. Complete waste of money
