I bought this as a gift for a petite 4 year old who often wears 2-3 pieces of clothing. After reading several reviews insisting it is too big I bought the size she wears most instead of 5. Wrong. It's basically a tunic. It's just right on 3T. The quality is amazing for the price. We washed it twice and it holds up well at school and at play. The colors are bright. The sequins are perfect. The main material is heavier than the main shirt dress.
