The listing specifically lists the "Professional" model 4120-1701. The description seems to have been changed to indicate that the "appearance" may vary due to updates. Of course, the listing is still the very specific model number mentioned earlier, rather than something generic like 4120, so the listing is still wrong. Currently the 4120-600 ships in place of the 4120-1701 and is not a direct replacement for the 1701 Professional. Also, 600 is absolute garbage. This is my third choice of massager in this style. I bought this to replace a 4120-200 I had for about 10 years replacing one of the original white 4120s I also had ten years earlier. The 1701 model is similar to the 200 model but completely different from the 600 model. Size, shape and function are completely different from the model shown here. The 600's horsepower was definitely lower than my original model, but reasonably functional and acceptable. 600 almost does not vibrate! There is no power. It's underwhelming even at high settings, while high settings felt like a jackhammer on other models, even on weaker models. The massager provided with this order is simply unacceptable. It's useless garbage. Worse, when I tried to return it I couldn't get a full refund! An unsatisfactory experience all round and pathetic actions by Val and Revane. Extremely disappointed. Look elsewhere for a 1701 or earlier, or keep looking for a massager that's worth your money. It's NOT, and "free returns" or not, you can't get your money back if you get your hands on this junk and realize how useless it is.
