Review on Innovation Station by Paul Gravely

My experience wasn’t bad - just wish my management would do better

This is where our sales team collaborates in order to increase profit margins with clients via creative ideas! You must have a lot of patience if you decide to work here, because as an employee there isn't a sense that someone else wants us all working together. Also, sometimes your manager doesn't want to give credit for one's contributions. The people here can be very rude when they don't like something done by their employees (like me). A friendly environment has been created through brainstorming sessions, training sessions etc in which we make business plans; this helps in being productive at work. We also solve problems quickly. Our managers help us come up with clever solutions and new methods. They're not afraid giving suggestions and feedback even though most of them probably know more than what anyone knows themselves but they like helping other people learn from a different perspective too much. I like that it is open-source software, so there's no cost for us as an organization; however, we're still working out some kinks with regards to training of our new users (we have about 30 people now). We've been doing internal testing since early this year but haven't had much success in getting adoption from other departments yet! Our team has used Innovations station at least once per month over past few months--it was easy enough for them to use even without IT support/training.
