Long battery life, no wireless range issues, quick and easy wake up. Probably the best wireless mouse I've ever had, which is saying a lot as I've had several of these. Most were rubbish. I had one that I used for six years. This was the BEST, this one is actually a little bit better. I like it so much I'm going to buy a second one for my office. Great for gaming, quick response, very ergonomic with smooth, easy movements. I don't even use "good" batteries with this and it works great. Excellent value for money and quality. A few bad reviews, I would say you contacted the seller first? My wife contacted the seller about something else and the response time was within hours. Maybe they just received a defective product and needed to replace it. It sometimes happens on promotional products. I'd say you can't go wrong with this $13 mouse.
