Running this coolest white mode gets hot, hot, hot. Going to the warmest and darkest setting should provide enough light for whatever you're doing without the risk of the thing getting hot enough to melt the tungsten. The controller is also in an unusual location, e.g. B. 2 feet away from the light of the 8 foot cord. It's just a little awkward and it would be much better placed closer to the light.
