This little lid really did fit the open end of the oil - almost too tight. I had a hard time getting the open end of the oil into the oil pan; It was difficult to insert the end of the butter without smashing the butter all over. And it was a regular packet of butter. However, once I put the end in, the product did its job and kept the oil well sealed and fresh. So I give a like!
