I like their approach to the problem, it is very transparent. I like the fact that the company is growing. They are very good at customer service, I've never had a client experience where I'm unsatisfied with their service. So far I have no complaints. The problem solving they provide is very good and their pricing is fair. The only difficulty I have is that their team isn't fully formed and not necessarily the right team to solve all of the problems you might encounter in the DeFi space. If you're looking for someone to build out, own, and grow the DeFi space, they're great for that. They do a good job at solving the problem of how to get people into the space and provide the first services. I like that this platform is very easy to use, it has all the tools you need in order to manage your loan. The interface could be improved for those who are not familiar with blockchain or cryptocurrency world, but overall everything works smoothly. It's great having an online portal where one can easily access their loans and pay them back whenever they want.
