Bought this jacket for my 8 lb long haired Chihuahua for the fall. Even with a chart, it's difficult to choose a size, so I'm including his measurements, hoping it helps someone else! Its measurements are 14 inches at the widest point of the neck, 16 inches at the chest, 13 inches from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. I ordered a small green one. . The length may be an inch too long. It is very cute and looks and feels high quality. I love that there is a notch to attach his leash to his harnesses. It's also nice that it's reversible and has velcro in several places so it's easy to put on and take off.
