I like walking my dog at night. In Arizona, this is one of the mandatory activities because walking in the summer afternoon is punishing for me and especially for our dog. LED / reflective vest, LED leash. and now i have led bracelets. While you could certainly use them for running, having them for walking is just as good, and they make me visible to drivers at night and I feel better knowing I can be seen no matter what I'm wearing. naturally bright enough that the driver can see your LEDs long before he sees YOU.
