Very simple
I've tried everything and this product works. I have fine curly hair and it is now thicker and longer than ever. I take two pills together in the morning and it doesn't seem to matter if I eat with them or not, they don't upset my stomach. It's definitely not as effective for me if I take them at different times of the day for whatever reason. But the bottle says to take two pills once a day. It's pretty straight forward. I've spent a fortune on shampoos, homemade treatments, and books of all kinds. In the end, for me, these pills are worth the price.
