I ordered a small thinking it would fit my wrist, the small seems to be for a child so I gave the company an E -Mail sent because the bracelet comes with a card that says what you can email after purchase if you have any problems. I have emailed them twice since Monday and have not received a response. The watch strap card says they will contact you within 24 hours. I just wanted to swap the small for the large so now I have to go and buy a new one in a large one. The band feels solid, seems comfortable, it's cute, I have problems with customer service.
