Poor quality: dolls and accessories

Very nice product. My daughter loved it when she got it. Unfortunately very bad quality. A few days later the wheel fell off and could not be repaired. I contacted the seller and sent the requested photos but got a response that my 5 year old must have abused the toy to damage it. My daughter is the sweetest and gentlest girl and has never broken a toy. I was outraged by their comments and terrible service. I had a few other items on my list for my daughter but will not buy them now after receiving such a low quality item and poor customer service.
