Not for me - blue light blocking glasses
I bought these glasses for myself because I wanted something that fit better but still kept slipping off my nose. The lenses were blurry even after cleaning and there was some magnification that made me dizzy. I'm nearsighted, but I don't wear glasses when I work on the computer. I am considering returning them.
