I have bought this product new several times and I love its design, especially the bottom drawer for storing pens and other junk. After evaluating the quality of the product and its ergonomic design, I decided to purchase another set of dual monitors as it was in use. One of the FITUYES risers worked great and I'm very happy with it. But my reason for the bad rating is the following: the second stand seems to have a manufacturing defect that prevents it from being assembled. All 4 threads are not working and I have removed the legs from other identical FITUYES risers to verify. I suspect this defect is why the product was 'used' and returned in the first place, indicating it was not tested prior to shipment. I wish I had bought two monitor stands but only one works. Buyers should be careful when buying used from this seller. I really don't want to return both of my tables because one of them works fine but I hope the seller reads this and can help us find a customer service solution.
