Media failed to load. Watch the attached video. So, this napkin holder kind of works, but kind of doesn't. There is a design flaw - the napkin comes out of the tray completely when less than half the charge remains in the tray. This is an obvious, obvious, obvious design flaw that could have easily been identified/tested prior to product launch. Watch the video - if you try to pull out 1 napkin, everything comes out. Second, the legs are NOT protected by any kind of felt or rubber. The metal napkin holder slides back and forth everywhere and scratches the fine wooden table. This is another flaw that could be easily spotted and fixed. I ended up attaching 4 small felt pads to the metal legs to keep my wooden dining table from collapsing. What about a faulty feed mechanism? There's nothing you can do about it except never let the tissue compartment drop below 1/2. Disappointing performance. At best, I award 2 stars because of 2 major functional defects that every napkin holder should not have: 1 - it has to be dosed correctly and 2 - it must not damage the dining table! I hope this helps you decide and stay away from this product!
