The touch screen is so sensitive that it turns on or off or changes the light level very unexpectedly. You don't even have to touch it - just be there. When I use it for knitting, it often cuts off when I pull on something. In addition, the location of the touchpad is in the worst place - the most comfortable to grip. So when you reach out to adjust the position, end up turning it off or setting a different light level. If you are moving to another location, this is the place to pick it up. So you put it away and it turns on. Or you charge it up and it turns on. I've seen comments about battery life but should have paid more attention. It really should be on almost all the time.
