Faulty Bottle in Carton

I purchased this product because my department at work donates supplies to an unfunded school in my hometown. When I received the box all the lotions were slippery because there was a hole in the bottom of one of the lotion bottles. I deleted them all but now I'm missing one. I love Jergen's lotion, but I'm missing the one amount I have to give to every student in the class we adopted.
