The bottles have an outwardly curved base.
I have bought these many times in the past and have been very happy with the quality. My last 3 orders have been returned because the bottles were incorrectly shaped. The bottoms bulge outward, creating bubbles at the bottom, and the bottles rock back and forth. They cannot be pushed out due to the hard plastic. If you have time to do multiple returns to get 12 good bottles, that's great value, but the hassle doesn't make it worth it anymore to me.
