Reliable Affordable LED Flashlight with Bonus MicroUSB Charging

The Wuben L50 is a reliable budget flashlight with microUSB charging. A 2800mAh battery is included, which runs the L50 for 1.5 hours at high settings (1200lm) during my battery life test. The design of this flashlight is simple: just one button on the back that toggles the flashlight between 4 normal modes and 1 hidden SOS mode. Next to the button on the back is a microUSB charging port that fully charges a dead battery in just over 3 hours from a wall outlet. This light doesn't seem to go off the high setting after running at high power for a few minutes. The light head gets warm but has a temperature control that it uses to dim the light from a high setting to a medium setting. You can charge the flashlight while charging. You can extend the runtime by connecting the L50 to the battery while it is on. I decided to do a low temperature test on the L50 where I froze the flashlight for over 8 hours and it still worked with no issues after taking it out of the ice. . I also took the L50 to Sequoia National Park for the Crystal Cave Tour. He lit the 3D Maglite that the guide was using. Overall this light is great for everyday use or a good choice as part of an emergency backpack.
