The best thing about this service was their ability to get straight into it without wasting time getting used to them or even knowing what they do! They were very fast at understanding our needs as well making sure we got exactly what I wanted from my videos.

Sometimes though there are little issues here &there which can be frustrating - not majorly so just keep going through them until you find one where maybe things could have been done better than others would like? Get yourself some examples of stuff other companies use for inspiration (we found lots online) then tailor your own ideas around those ones- think simple design/logo etc.. It's definitely worth giving these guys another try if nothing else because once you see how good the finished product looks using theirs will only make yours look more professional too!! Using simplicity when creating a logo / identity really helps give everything an easy sense of flow.
