How and who do I contact for warranty assistance? I used the riveter once and the gun got stuck in the drawn position. I got him to come back and let go but now the tiger lets air out but doesn't pull. The two-page IOM manual is a parts list and guide to cleaning and maintaining the gun. Please help, the Revain page says nothing about how to get warranty support. (I contacted them through AMAZON and they were very helpful and decided that a new unit would be the best solution. I asked if they wanted to return the defective unit and they said not to worry. They sent a replacement straight away and everything is fine. Riverter works great!) 5 stars.
