I'm 5'4", weight 117-125 pounds, chest 35 and an inch above my hips. My height is 34-35". I have one to be on the safe side Ordered a medium size and it fits my leg and arm length perfectly, not too tight around the hips/waist and fits comfortably, slightly loose across the chest and shoulders.I plan to only hand wash and fluff tumble dry without heat because the white striped fabric like Cotton looks and can shrink which I don't want the wash to look lumpy.The elastic on the pants fits me perfectly with no drawstring so I pulled it out and tucked it in the hood so I can pull the hood around my neck on cold days (like a turtleneck sweater.) To do this: 1) Use a sharp knife or the tip of a pair of scissors to CAREFULLY poke a tiny hole 1 inch from the hood "V" on the inside edge of the yoke puze 1/2 inch above seam to stitch around hood; 2) Hook a small to medium sized safety pin into the thread just next to the metal tip on the cord and 3) use the head of the closed safety pin to push the metal tip of the cord through the hole and roll the material while pushing in, then pull , press and repeat.
