I love things like that. They keep me cool, dry and comfortable. I will order more to be fresh for each day of the week. They are not, as one reviewer wrote, just two pieces of fabric sewn together. There is definitely some sort of thin spacer between the two layers, which I suspect is the secret. I haven't disassembled it to find out what it is. Can I make them myself? Maybe, but who has the time! and they're well made, so I don't mind paying the price. Definitely life changing for me! I can't wait for my bra pads to arrive! I ordered them at the same time but they haven't arrived yet. One thing I would like to add, I ordered XL as I assumed I would need XL as I am a plus size female (24-26). However, it is a bit long for me. Next time I will order a size smaller.
