I was glad to get this product and installed it over the toilet in our master bathroom for easy access to toilet paper, tissues and air freshener. Upon receipt, everything was as in the photo. beautiful, white and perfect size. However, once my husband started assembling it, the true quality of the product and the parts within became apparent. In short, the wood was riddled with cracks as can be seen in the photos. Also, the screws are too small for the pre-drilled holes in the structure and some rigging needs to be done to ensure proper function and stability. Also, 2-3 screws were missing and one of the door latches was bent when unpacked, so we had to push it back to fully assemble it. Not sure we will be back as we have already assembled and fitted it but if it weren't for us I would definitely return it due to poor quality and questionable safety.
