I ordered these for one of my dogs who is older and has joint problems. Then another of my dogs (also an adult girl) developed skin problems with itching and hair loss. So I gave both. Arthritis problems in a dog have not worsened since contracting them. It's only been a few weeks since I've put it on another dog's skin, but it's less itchy and shedding less. you love her It's not the same as trying to get them on heartworm and flea medication! A dog with joint problems weighs about 60 pounds and I give him 4-5 pills a day. A dog with skin problems weighs around 45 pounds and eats 3-4 meals a day. The only one left out is my 85 lb pit bull who is perfect in every way! Nothing bad. She gets her own treats!
