After giving birth I look more XXL than L/XL at the moment. The high waist is nice and elastic. It doesn't cut into me and form lumps, but I know it will still fit when I get back to my normal size. The elastic also hides the dog when walking. I'm 5ft 11" and it hits just below the knee so it's perfect.
