The only reason I bought this product was the 10 year guarantee and no claims of mold or mildew, neither of which are true. I've been using this bathmat for a month now and it has been one of the worst for mold growth. So I followed the directions and popped it in the washing machine in the cold. Not only would the mold not come off, but it left a slimy residue all over my washing machine and an equally nasty residue on the carpet itself that made it slippery in the shower. I've brushed this rug the old fashioned way to get rid of mold and mildew but to no avail. Totally disappointed with this purchase and the worst thing is that I cannot contact the seller regarding this. So much for the guarantee they claim to give you, I guess the catch is IF you can get it. Hence the reason for this post, maybe you see it that way too.
