First let me say that I am a fan of this brand. I've never been able to use those silly wheels they install in jewelry boxes to hang necklaces from, but I was able to raise the little white prongs (Thickish wire) and slide a chain right on. I did have to loop the chain if it was a bit longer but its still pretty easy to clip it over the prong. All in all it seems like I will need a 2nd one because some of the chains were thicker and take up a but more space than the delicate looking ones. And ill be buying this again!
