These pants are actually fleece lined and I was so impressed I ordered another pair for my youngest granddaughter. They look like a thicker cotton sweatshirt on the outside, but are fully lined with fleece on the inside. I live in the Northeast and our winters are cold. At least my children will be warm in it.
