Really waterproof
I have some "waterproof" shoes for my little friend that are not waterproof at all but seem to help keep his feet dry after play break at school. Every day his socks get wet, we live in the Pacific Northwest. yesterday he came home from school and his pants and shirt were wet but his feet were dry to the bone!
