I have had many different experiences throughout this firm including working at home doing pro se motions for my husband who suffers from brain cancer that has metastasized into his spine which required surgery (which he was not able or willing/able)to remove part of it; as well handling all aspects related thereto i-e discovery depositions etc.. I do believe their rates are very high but they will work hard nd try everything you ask them too if your case requires such things! They also know how important communication can be so make sure u understand what ur looking atthe first time. Don't hesitate because someones price might seem higher than others!! We were dealing wth other firms regarding probates &amp trust matters involving multiple beneficiaries both minors - adults - we wanted an hourly rate rather then retainer basis since there wouldnt b much.
