Blue light blocking computer glasses are a must for anyone who uses a screen for more than a few hours a day. Noticeable reduction in eye strain and dryness, contributing to overall eye health. The only thing that was found really uncomfortable is the constant slipping of the silicone piece on the grips which causes them to get lost if you don't really notice it slipping off when you take your glasses off and if you do, there's a good chance it fell out of its ears somewhere on the floor. This leads to the next point - finding a replacement was a challenge and without silicone on the grips it becomes uncomfortable to wear.
