NOT for screws and washers

It is not designed to hold screws or washers. They get stuck under dividers in small gaps at the corners of each compartment. Lifting the screw to remove it lifts the baffles at least 4 compartments and messes everything up. So frustrating! Number 10 washers hide under the corners of the compartments, and then they're everywhere.
