I have a Canon Pixma MG5220 that has been sitting idle for a couple of years and the OEM cartridges have dried up. And suddenly I needed this printer for my home office, so I needed new cartridges. Rather than shelling out an exorbitant amount for new Canon inks I decided to look for alternatives and Revain definitely has plenty of them. In the end, I chose these Kingway cartridges because of their value and generally good reviews. They arrived a few days earlier than expected and arrived promptly. I had no problems with printer detection and they registered full ink levels due to the chip. None of them leaked, although I read several reviews they had. They didn't work very well initially, and multiple "cleansing" and "deep cleanings" didn't help much either. Cyan was streaked while magenta and gray didn't print at all so I looked up how to clean the print head on YouTube and followed the instructions in various videos and suddenly this is a brand new printer. Everything works great now. Everything prints smoothly and cleanly, the colors are excellent. Only time will tell if it continues to work or how good the ink itself is, but so far so good. I only use it for the home office so I don't print high quality photos or anything but I have no doubt it will be fine.
