Review on Wireless Touch Keyboard with Easy Media Control 📺 and Built-In Touchpad for TV - Logitech K400 Plus by Eli Cooper

I bought this keyboard because it had a decent review and I was looking for something for occasional use. It seems this is the right price. nope I mean at least if I want to use the whole alphabet. Right out of the box, the 8, 0, -, o, and p keys didn't work. I tried two different devices with two different operating systems with the same result. Those five buttons just don't work. I went to the Logitech community forum and it turned out I'm not the only one having this issue, although everyone who reported the issue had various keys that didn't work. To me, this is a sign of an inferior product. I've reached out to Logitech support for help, but I expect they'll tell me the device is defective and I need to replace it. What I will do is return it and buy another brand. I'm always willing to update my review if I'm wrong. But I don't think I will update this one.
