This makes working with curtains easier

I recently replaced the old cross curtains on the patio doors and windows with eyelets. The advantage of cross cornices was that I could open and close the curtains just by pulling the cord. Now that I have curtain rods with an eyelet, I needed something that would help me open and close the curtains smoothly. I have adjustable curtain rods so the bushings plug into the joints between the telescopic rod and the main rods. My way of solving this problem was to pull the curtain, which I didn't like at all. So I ordered an Andor Pull for draping. The main pole is 30 inches long, but when fully extended it is about 60 inches long (not including the hook). I love that I can adjust the length to my needs. It is made of metal, aluminum, according to the manufacturer. The bar seems strong, but it's light. Has a rubber grip. This rod made opening and closing my curtains very easy. And if you're a little obsessed with how much pleat spacing should be, this bar will help you position those bushings until you have them. I am very happy with this rod. That saves me time. I no longer have to stand on a stool or pull curtains to open or close them. It also helps keep the curtains clean as I don't have to touch them with my hands. This rod is easy to store away. I just hang it on the end of one of my curtain rods.
