Mostly shimmery neutrals, pigmented but blendable

I've been using makeup for years but I'm not good with palettes. I bought one at the drug store that had beautiful pigmented colors, but the shadows were so intense I felt like they all looked blurry on me. This palette seemed more beginner friendly. I love that there are a few shades in the rose-brown category that I feel are more neutral but still go well with my brown eyes. I also like that this palette comes with a brush and is more compact. Plus it was very affordable! I like this palette very much. The shadows are well pigmented and easy to blend too, and I found them easier to apply than the previous palette I bought. I've experienced some effects of the shadows. However, the staying power was very good, despite lightly applying powder or concealer to my eyes. The only thing I would like to note is that the colors are a bit different than what I expected. The product description states that the palette contains "nude and light, shimmer and matte shades." Well, out of twelve shades, only three are matte in my opinion, and I wouldn't rate any of them as particularly "bright". Also, they are almost all nude, some of which are very similar. There are a few shades with a slight purple tint, including the penultimate one on the right (which I thought was dark brown). Ultimately, this is a very beautiful palette at a great price that I would recommend, especially for those looking for mostly shimmery neutrals.
