As long as it is used consistently across users, there's very little to dislike about this module in all of our sites (more then 10). The UI does get old after using with any length so be sure that you can keep up! We've been looking/using different ways within SharePoint Online at least since 2013 but have never really had anything stand out until we started working WITH ADITOR!! They took what others were doing and made some major enhancements allowing us full access from anywhere - which includes mobile devices. It has enabled better collaboration internally between multiple departments who use their products independently through other programs like Gmail or Teamviewer without having everyone always logged into one central location via desktop PC. I like that we can create our own custom fields, add metadata to objects in Additor, and use tags within a searchable list view. The UI is not always intuitive or easy to navigate when you need it most! If you are looking at adding an internal tool for searching information and organizing content, then this could be great for you. We have been able to find things more quickly than other tools we've used previously.
