These Wild Boar rails are made from durable, lightweight aluminum alloy. I originally took a bunch of videos to put together an installation video, but I came across a few on YouTube that were very well done. Just search "installing a boar splint" on YouTube. While the guide doesn't provide detailed steps, the installation is self-explanatory. Here are some tips that apply to my 2011 JKU Sahara: * Requires a 13mm allen key to remove existing screws. For the bolt at the top of the A-pillar, I used a small extension, did a few final turns by hand, and angled the bolt up so it wouldn't fall out of the A-pillar trim.* Screws are required for installation. Cap screw, 6mm allen key or socket wrench is required for installation.* Shafts are left and right. Holding the bar with the rubber grip forward, tilt the top hole of the right handle to the right and the top hole of the left handle to the left. (On the door on the side you are installing)* The easiest way to start installing is with a screw mounted vertically. You can simply hold the rod and strut with one hand and drive the bolt in with the other hand. I then proceeded to install the screw with a 6mm allen adapter but left it loose enough to rotate the handle and attach another adapter.* While the handle is held by the vertical screw, unscrew it. Incidentally, slide the seat back into place, and then finger-tighten the second bolt.* While holding the knob, tighten both bolts. Change the bolts when they start to tighten. As a side note, before I finally tightened the screws, I gently tapped on the spacers to center them with the screws. This is the visual alignment that gave me a clean look. The entire installation took about 20 minutes and I was very careful not to over tighten the bolts, loosen the bolts behind the A pillar trim or twist anything.
